Valatie Community Theatre, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization operating exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended. The purpose of the organization is to rehabilitate, preserve, develop, operate and promote the historic theatre on Main Street in the Village of Valatie, NY. The Valatie Community Theatre is guided by a volunteer board of directors and like minded members that desire to offer a venue and programs that will benefit the residents of Valatie and the community at large. We invite you to join our organization and help make the revived theatre a reality in your community. Our mission... The Valatie Community Theatre exists to develop, encourage and produce theatrical talent and provide an opportunity for expression in the art of theatre. To achieve our mission, the Valatie Community Theatre creates theatre experiences that educate, challenge and inspire people of all ages.
